President

As former owner of Bolivar Insulation Company, David has over 50 years’ experience in the construction industry. In addition to his leadership role at DCBC, David is active in both the business and civic communities. His extensive knowledge of real estate combined with a large network of business and financial associates and a proven judgment concerning successful development have been key to the success of DCBC.

Mike Cribbs

Vice President

David and Betty’s son, Mike, became a part of the DCBC team in 1996. Prior to joining the DCBC team, Mike managed Jump Oil of Bolivar for eight years. Mike possesses a varied background in farming, construction, and real estate development and oversees construction projects, assists with site selection, site plans, infill design, and timely completion of projects.

Property Manager

Steph Shade joined DCBC in 2011. With a diverse background in human resource management, software implementation and investing, Steph can provide information on available DCBC properties, site plans, lease rates, and leasing arrangements.
